Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through Zappi.in (“Zappi”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after:

  • Payment (full or partial advance) is received

  • Event date, time, and service details are finalised


3. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations must be requested via email or WhatsApp with your Booking ID.

Refund Structure:

Cancellation Timeframe Refund Eligibility
15+ days before the event 100% refund
8–14 days before the event 50% refund
7 days or less No refund

⚠️ Convenience fees, gateway charges, and processing fees are non-refundable.


4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Requests must be made at least 7 days before the event.

  • Additional charges may apply during peak seasons.


5. Cancellation by Zappi

Zappi reserves the right to cancel bookings due to:

  • Force majeure events

  • Safety concerns

  • Vendor unavailability

  • Government restrictions

In such cases, customers may choose:

  • Full refund, OR

  • Rescheduling (subject to availability)


6. No-Show Policy

If the client fails to attend or cancels on the event day, no refund will be issued.


7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
